Krank Photography Workshops are focused on shaking up your photography by bringing you great photo shoot opportunities combined with highly experienced and talented industry professionals including fashion stylists, edgy fashion labels, models, hair stylists and make up artists.
The workshop will be run by Brisbane based commercial hair and fashion photographer, Glen Krohn. Glen’s recent photographic collections have been published in international magazines and has recently won the following awards:

In our last workshop for 2011, we will be boarding a luxury yacht at Grant Torrens Marina on the Gold Coast, then make our way to a mystery island for a Swimwear Photography Workshop. Once on the island, we will be continuously shooting swimwear fashion and beauty shots in a beach environment.
We will have a number of different station setups, each with different styling, hair & make up looks. Each station will also have different lighting configurations. We will take you step by step through the different lighting setups, camera settings and lighting techniques for outdoor fashion photography. We will also teach you effective ways to communicate with and direct models.
The truly talented Natasha Darling who has been our stylist on the last few workshops, will again be creating our beach-inspired looks and organising some amazing swimwear and accessories. Having worked on editorial shoots for international fashion labels abroad, Natasha definitely brings a cutting edge flavour to the Krank Photography Workshops. Natasha will be working closely with an amazing team of highly experienced and professional hair stylists & makeup artists to create the looks for our Swimwear Photography Workshop.
We are also super excited to announce that Dallys Models have come on board to provide models for this workshop as well as future workshops. For many years Dallys has maintained its position as one of the unequivocal leaders in model management, launching the careers of more superstars than any other agency in Queensland.
We will help you understand the value of a strong portfolio and how it adds to your credibility as a photographer. Krank will provide you with the tools and resources to continue to build your portfolio. We also give you permission to use the images gained throughout the workshop for your portfolio.
Krank Photography Workshops are an investment into building your photography portfolio and business.
